An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 6/7/2024 and the inspection concluded on 6/7/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and concluded at 10:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the area listed above. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interview and observation.
