Technical assistance was provided on record organization. Sample records for a child, provider, household member and assistant were left with the provider. The menu components were discussed and sample menu shared.
- Comments:

An announced, on-site focused inspection was completed July 22, 2024 as a part of a training session. The on-site inspection began at 12:00pm and ended at 1:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included training on staff records, children's records, and menu planning.
