An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/25/23. At the time of entrance, 12 participants were in care. Participant to staff ratio was observed. A tour was conducted with facility staff. Building and grounds were inspected. Records were reviewed. The sample size consisted of four participant and four staff records. Medications were reviewed. Participants were observed eating lunch, exercising, and playing chair volleyball. Criminal background checks for all staff, hired since the last inspection, were reviewed. An exit meeting was held.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
