A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/5/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 8/5/19. There were 75 children present. Eleven children's records and ten staff records were reviewed. One as needed medications was reviewed. Two inspectors arrived at the center at 8:30 am and departed at 2:00 pm. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
