An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/25/2024 in response to a self-reported incident. The inspector interviewed 5 staff members and reviewed a total of 4 children?s records and 3 staff records during the investigation. The inspector arrived at 9:00 am and departed at 11:20 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
