The licensing inspector discussed expiring medication procedures and ratio and supervision requirements with the director.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:50 pm-4:15 pm. There were 65 children in the direct care and supervision of 8 staff. A sample of 6 children's records and 8 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed playing on the playground, eating snack, building with blocks, washing hands, during bathroom procedures and being dismissed. Today was "Freestyle Friday Show and Share" at the facility.5 staff are new to this location since the last inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
