A joint complaint investigation was conducted with the representative from the local agency, law enforcement, and facility director to investigate an allegation regarding physical abuse or neglect, supervision, and staff-to-child ratio. The investigation was initiated by the local agency and law enforcement on September 15, 2023. Staff interviews and center documentation were conducted on September 18, 2023, beginning at 1:40pm and ending at 3:20pm. The allegations regarding physical abuse/neglect, supervision of children, and staff-to-child ratio requirements were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
