Today we discussed several items which were added to the current requirements for center specific orientation training at the last revision of the standards. Since many of your staff are not new, you may want to review the orientation material, to include the added requirements, and have new documentation in their record for the "updated" orientation training. It's great review!

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/18/2022. At the time of the inspector's arrival, there were 30 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5 years old, with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
