Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 2:40pm-4:10pm. There were 15 children (school-age) directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and doing homework. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The program was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.
