An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 31, 2023 from approximately 10:00am-11:30am. There were 33 children present at this time with 8 staff members. Additional staff was on site for administrative and support services. Children were observed writing letters and numbers and were discussed the planting seed project. Four staff records, three children's records and 3 injury report were reviewed during the inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
