A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02.25.2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Upon arrival there 63 children with 15 staff present. A sample of 6 children and 3 staff records were reviewed in addition to 1 medications. Children were observed eating lunch, during circle time and being read a story. Infants were observed being fed, rocked and sleeping. There were no children with diagnosed food allergies at the time of inspection.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
