Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm. At the time of entrance, 6 children totaling 9 points were in care with the provider. The record sample size consisted of 5 children's records and the provider's record. The children in care were observed engaging with the provider, participating in nap and free play. There have been no injuries since the last inspection and no medications are being administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are noted in the violation narrative and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspection.
Based on record review it was determined the provider did not ensure that parents reviewed the child's emergency contact information annually. Evidence: 1. The record for child #5 did not contain documentation of annual review. the documentation was last reviewed 1/2021. 2. The provider confirmed the record had not been updated since 1/2021.
