There were 18 children present and 4 staff. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations: Standard #: 22.1-289.031-B-5 Description: Based on observation the licensee did not ensure all areas of the premises accessible to children were free of obvious injury hazards. Evidence: 1. There was rust on the toilet stall partitions near the multipurpose room. Plan of Correction: The director will put in a work order to have the rust removed.
