A complaint inspection was conducted on 8/23/2022.. A complaint/self-reported incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of behavioral guidance. Interviews were conducted, 4 staff records, 5 children's records, medications, and center policies were reviewed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. No citations were issued as a result of today's inspection.
