A complaint was received and initiated on November 4, 2019 regarding incomplete background checks for staff. The allegation was investigated on December 12, 2019 and concluded on the same day. During the investigation administrative staff were interviewed and staff background checks were reviewed. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore the complaint is not valid. The results of this investigations were discussed with the program director at the conclusion of the inspection.
