An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 12/11/2019. There were 17 children present with two staff supervising. Five children's records and two staff records were reviewed at a previous date.
The inspector arrived at the center at 6:30 A.M. and departed at 8:15 A.M.
The children were observed during arrival, table toys, and games
