Comments: A non-mandated unannounced inspection was completed as a follow-up to an incident that occurred in 2022. There were 17 children being supervised by three staff in classroom #2. Children were observed finishing lunch, washing hands, observed at free play, and watching a video. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
