A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today from 10:20am to 12:20pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 53 children under the supervision of 11 staff. Children were observed in circle time, preparing for lunch, eating lunch, playing individually and in groups. There were medications on site today. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials that were developmentally appropriate for the children in care. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
