Comments:
A unannounced motioning inspection was conducted with the pm supervisor and staff. There were Six children in care with an age range of 12 months to four years old. Children were having lunch during the inspection. Four staff records and four children's records were reviewed. Six staff are current in MAT and 12 staff are current in First Aid and CPR. Based on review of five children's records not all were complete. Evidence: Child A with a start 8/23/19 did not have documentation of father's work number or place of employment and who has legal custody of the child.
Plan of Correction:
We will ask the parent for the missing information.
