A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/11/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. A sample of 4 children and 3 staff records were reviewed. Preschool children were observed in learning centers, during lunch and toileting. Infants were observed sleeping in cribs, engaging in tummy time and on the floor with staff.A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
