The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 02/10/2020 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing regarding allegations in the area of supervision and nutrition. Interviews were conducted with staff, records reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/08/21 in response to a self-report regarding an allegation in the area of Programs. Interviews were conducted with staff, records reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, so the allegation was determined to be
NOT VALID.
