A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 09/03/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing Inspector arrived between the hours of 8am and 10am to conduct a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. Upon arrival there were 72 children in care with 17 staff present. A sample of 7 children's and 4 staff records were reviewed in addition to 4 medications. Infants were observed sleeping in cribs and playing on the floor with staff. Preschool children were observed during circle and on the playground.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
