A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/18/2022. There were 71 children present and 15 staff. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation the center did not ensure electrical outlets had protective covers. Evidence In the infant room there were 2 electrical outlets that did not have protective covers.
Plan of Correction:
The director placed protective covers over uncapped outlets during the inspection.
