A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on on 12/04/2019 from 10:45am to 2:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were observed learning through play in centers, participating in story time, eating lunch and preparing for nap. A formal observation was completed with the Toddler and CC II classrooms. The menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today.
Seven children?s records and nine employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered and was reviewed. Ten injury reports were reviewed as well as the center?s injury prevention plan which was updated 07/05/2019.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

Last health inspection: 07/13/2019
Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed:
Infants - 5:2
Toddlers ? 10:2
CC I (Twos) - 12:2
CCII (Twos and Threes) - 13:2
CC II (Threes) - 18:2
CC III(Threes and Fours) ? 15:2
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
