Comments:
Licensing inspector arrived at 9:50 am and departed at 1:45 pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. At the time of the tour there was Forty-three children in care with 9 staff . Children were observed outside playing in multiple activity stations. The sample size was five staff records and six children records.
Based on classroom review and interview, the vendor did not ensure to maintain in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. This list shall be dated and kept confidential in each room or area where children are present.
Evidence: Child #1 was not on the current list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. Child #1 registration form listed child had a food allergy .
