An unannouced complaint investigation was conducted on April 12, 2024 10:05am-1:36 pm . The inspection concluded on May 10, 2024.The complaint was in regards to staffing and supervision, special care provision and emergencies, programs and administration. Staff were interviewed, observations were conducted and documents were reviewed.
There was not a preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation to determine if the center was not in compliance with the standards. The complaint is deemed not valid.
