A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 3/9/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements in response to a self-reported incident regarding a child's injury that occurred on 3/2/2020. Records were reviewed, staff interviewed, review of written policy, review of injury report, and observation of the playground were conducted. A licensing inspection was also conducted on these dates; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the subsidy inspection.
