An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 9:45 AM and departed at 12:25 PM. Twenty-seven children were in care. Morning sharing time, snack, outdoor play, learning activities and physical education were observed. A sample size of five children's records and eight staff records were reviewed. Medication administration and injury record keeping were reviewed.
An exit meeting was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
