Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm. There were 16 children present with 2 staff members. The children were observed hand washing, eating morning snack and on the carpet for circle time. The entire physical plant, staff records, children's records, emergency evacuation drill logs, attendance logs,emergency supplies and accident/incident logs were inspected. Based on a review of staff records, the center failed to ensure that all employees have a current up to date central registry check.
