An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on May 24, 2022. There were 17 children present ages five through eleven years with three staff. Children records and staff emergency contact information were reviewed on site. Staff records are stored at a central location off site and will be reviewed at a later date. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities. Attendance, emergency evacuation drills, menu, first aid kit and emergency equipment were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
