A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 3/21/2023. There were 56 children, ages 4 years- 12 years, and 3 staff members present at the beginning of the inspection with an addition staff member arriving during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in mealtime, and outdoor time. A total of 5 children?s records, 4 staff records and 1 medication were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the staff: food brought from home and sanitizing tables. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 4:00 pm and departed at 6:00 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
