An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 09/20/2023. There were 38 children, ages 4 years- 12 years old, and 7 staff members providing direct care during the inspection. Staff were interviewed and a total of 1 child record and 1 staff record were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 4:00 pm and departed at 6:00 pm.
The information gathered during the complaint inspection did not support the complaint and therefore the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
