An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/03/2024 and concluded with an electronic record review on 04/11/2024. There were 20 children, ages 5 years - 11 years, and 3 staff members providing direct care and supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during mealtime, and large motor activities. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: children?s records and staff qualifications. A total of 5 children?s records, 3 staff records, and 7 medications were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 8:45 am and departed at approximately 10:15 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
