Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today 1/22/2020 beginning at 6:40 A.M. and ending at 8:20 am. There were 35 children present today with six staff. The inspector reviewed five children's and five staff's records during the inspection. The children were observed during: arrival, free play, and game ti
Based on review of the injury record, the center failed to ensure that all required components were obtained.
Evidence: 1. The injury record was missing what to do to prevent the injury in the future.
Plan of Correction:
The director during the inspection added the missing component and will ensure in the future that all injuries will have what to do to prevent an injury.
