A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/25/2023. There were 42 children, ages 4 years- 12 years, and 5 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in arrival, mealtime, outdoor time and self-directed activities. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, 6 agent applicant records were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: sanitizing, immunization, supervision, and staff qualifications. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:00 am and departed at 11:00 am. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date.
Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
