A monitoring inspection was initiated on June 8, 2022 and concluded on June 13, 2022. A self-reported incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of forbidden action. The licensing inspector was onsite June 8, 2022 from approximately 9:40 am to 12:30 pm. Observation of classrooms were made, documentation was reviewed and interviews were conducted.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the self-report of non-compliance with standards or law.
