An unannounced inspection was conducted 01/31/2024 in response to a complaint regarding programs and special care provisions. The director was interviewed and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence during the inspection did not support the allegations of noncompliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
