Discussed Child Care guidance for face mask.
Governor?s Executive Order 72 and Order of Public Health Emergency 9, all children ages five and older and all staff are required to wear face coverings at child care programs while indoors and when outdoors and unable to maintain at least six feet of social distance. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 02/12/2021 and concluded on 02/12/2021. The director/provider or in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 54 children present 10 staff. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
