Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on January 30, 2024. There were fifty-one children present with ten staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations found are noted on the violation notice.
Based on review, facility did not ensure 3 of 5 staff have CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
Evidence: The records for staff #1 (start date 10/24/2022), staff #2 (start date 6/12/2023) and staff #3 (start date 9/2023) did not have CPR certification. Information was confirmed by Director.
