Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced complaint inspection conducted on January 8, 2020. The inspection was held from 12:55 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. At the time of arrival there were 75 children in the care of 15 staff members. There were two extra staff members available to assist if needed. There were 169 children enrolled in the program. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on January 7, 2020. The complaint was regarding an incident that happened on June 6, 2019 and was related to the Programs section of the licensing standards. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were no violations of the licensing standards cited. Five staff members were interviewed and two staff members' records were reviewed.
