Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/22/2024 from 9:50 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. There were 56 children present, ranging in ages from 18 months to five years old with 12 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of six child records and three staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and interview, the center failed to ensure that each restroom provided for children is supplied with running warm water. Evidence: 1. In the restroom for the preschool children, all six sink only had cold running water. 2. Staff #4 confirm that none of the sinks in the restroom had warm running water.
