An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:45 pm- 2:30pm. There were 9 children directly supervised by 2 staff in the pre-school program. An administrative review was completed for the After-school program with program supervisor. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Afterschool activities, arrival and departure routines were discussed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. No violations were cited at the time of the inspection.
