An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/02/2019 from 4:45 pm - 6:00 pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this program is a licensed child day center. At the time of entrance there were 51 school age children in care with five staff. Children were observed playing kickball in the gym. Art, table games and homework was observed in the cafeteria.
Records were reviewed for eight children.
