This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An investigation inspection was conducted August 17, 2020 to August 20, 2020 regarding a self-reported incident by the facility on August 10, 2020, regarding the care and protection of children. Interviews were conducted by phone and records were reviewed. After a thorough review of information, no areas of non-compliance were identified.
