A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on April 22, 2024, from 12:45pm to 3:35pm. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection. The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed during the exit meeting.
Based on observation and interview the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival of each child in care as it occurs. Evidence: 1.Documentation was missing for time of arrival for one child in the Pre-k classroom. 2.Staff confirmed that the child?s arrival time was not documented at the time of arrival.
