Comments:
A unannounced non-mandated monitoring focus inspection was initiated on March 13, 2024 from 12:30 pm - 1:20 pm. The inspection concluded on March 13, 2024. The inspector focus reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant and staffing and supervision. The children were observed during naptime.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure the notice of intent was posted in a prominent place at public entrance of the licensed premises.
Evidence: The center director confirmed the Notice of Intent was not posted.
