Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:45am-10:30am. There were 24 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 6 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in a safety presentation. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

REPEAT VIOLATION The licensee is to request the results of a criminal record check from all non- NFF US states and territories that an employee has resided in, prior to the employee being offered employment. Staff 2 was observed working on the date of inspection and the staff member's file did not contain the results of a out of state criminal record check from a non-NFF state the employee has resided in within the past five years.
