A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/12/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 11:40 am and ended at 2:25pm. There were 28 children present with 5 staff supervising at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed engaged with age-appropriate materials, playing on the playground, circle time activities, and preparing for snack. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
