Center staff notified the inspector that the playground had some anchors exposed; they were coned off and a maintenance order and been put in.

The inspector completed an unannounced mandated inspection from 10:30 a.m. until 12:15 at the center and then at the main office from 12:45 -1:15 where six staff records were reviewed. Children were observed at centers, washing hands, and eating lunch. Medications and the corresponding paperwork were reviewed. Five children's records were reviewed. The violation from the last inspection had been corrected. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
