The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated renewal inspection from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 at the center from 11:45 until 12:45 at the main office to review records. Staff was supervising and maintaining ratios at all times. Children were observed lining up and going outside to play outside, playing inside, washing hands, and getting ready for lunch. Five children's records were reviewed and five staff records were reviewed. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
